TERMS OF SERVICE – NAZAIRA
Welcome to Nazaira. By accessing our website, social media pages, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About Nazaira
“Nazaira”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to the Nazaira brand and its operators.
“You” refers to any person accessing our platforms or purchasing our products.
You must be 18 years or older to place orders independently.
2. Nature of Our Products
Nazaira garments are handcrafted and may include hand embroidery and traditional textile techniques. Because of this:
· Minor variations in embroidery, weave, or color are natural
· These are not considered defects
· Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings
3. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order means you are making an offer to purchase.
Order confirmation (email/WhatsApp) only confirms we received your request. The order is considered accepted once it is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
· Product unavailability
· Payment issues
· Pricing or technical errors
If prepaid, the amount will be refunded or adjusted accordingly.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Nazaira does not store card or banking details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or remote locations.
Once shipped, Nazaira is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Nazaira offers easy returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
Products are eligible if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact. An unboxing video is required only in case of damage or incorrect item claims.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after a standard deduction of ₹200 towards shipping and handling charges.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, the order may be returned for a refund as per the refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, logos, text, and branding belong to Nazaira. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.
8. User Responsibility
You agree not to:
· Provide false information
· Attempt fraud or misuse payments
· Use Nazaira content without permission
· Misuse the website in any unlawful way
9. Limitation of Liability
Nazaira is not liable for:
· Indirect or consequential losses
· Delays beyond our control
· Natural variations in handcrafted products
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
10. Changes to Terms
Nazaira may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under Indian jurisdiction.
