What is Nazaira?
Nazaira is a handcrafted clothing label rooted in traditional embroidery and timeless silhouettes. Every piece is made with detailed handwork, so no two garments feel exactly the same.

Where is Nazaira based?
We operate from India and ship across the country (and internationally in selected cases).

Are your pieces machine-made or handmade?
Most Nazaira garments involve hand embroidery and artisanal techniques. Small irregularities are part of the craft and make your piece special.


SIZING & PRODUCT CARE

How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes a size chart. If you’re between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp — we’ll help you pick the best fit.

What if the size doesn’t fit?
You can request an exchange or return within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact. Refunds are processed with a ₹200 shipping deduction as per policy.

How should I wash and store my garment?
We recommend gentle hand wash or dry clean for embroidered pieces. Avoid harsh detergents and direct sunlight while drying.

Will the color look exactly like the pictures?
We try to show the most accurate shades, but slight differences can happen due to lighting and screen settings.

Do you customize designs?
We generally don’t offer customisation, but for bulk or special requests you can contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Yes. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact. Refunds are issued to the original payment method with a ₹200 shipping deduction.

What if the product I want in exchange is sold out?
If the requested item or size is unavailable, you may return the product and receive a refund as per the refund policy.
