Nazaira is a handcrafted clothing label rooted in traditional embroidery and timeless silhouettes. Every piece is made with detailed handwork, so no two garments feel exactly the same.

We operate from India and ship across the country (and internationally in selected cases).

Most Nazaira garments involve hand embroidery and artisanal techniques. Small irregularities are part of the craft and make your piece special.

Sizing & Product Care

Each product page includes a size chart. If you’re between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp — we’ll help you pick the best fit

You can request an exchange or return within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact. Refunds are processed with a ₹200 shipping deduction as per policy.

We recommend gentle hand wash or dry clean for embroidered pieces. Avoid harsh detergents and direct sunlight while drying.

We try to show the most accurate shades, but slight differences can happen due to lighting and screen settings.

We generally don’t offer customisation, but or bulk or special requests you can contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Order & Payments

You can shop directly through our website or via links shared on our official social pages.

We accept secure online payments through cards, UPI, net banking and other options available at checkout. COD may be available on selected orders.

Yes. Payments are processed through secure gateways. We do not store your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are dispatched within a few working days unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.

Delivery timelines depend on your location, but usually range between 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

No, we ship internationally in selected cases. Shipping charges and timelines vary by location.

Sometimes items ship separately. The remaining pieces will reach you soon, and tracking details will be shared.

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations

Yes. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact. Refunds are issued to the original payment method with a ₹200 shipping deduction.

Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and product condition (unused, unwashed, tags intact).

If the requested item or size is unavailable, you may return the product and receive a refund as per the refund policy.

Orders can be cancelled only within a short time after placing them. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible
