Nazaira – Shipping & Delivery Policy

We’re delighted you chose Nazaira! Here’s how we take care of your order from our loom to your doorstep:

Shipping in India

·        Free standard delivery on all prepaid orders across India.

·        Cash on Delivery (COD) available with a small handling charge.

·        Once your order is placed, it’s usually dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

·        Standard delivery typically reaches you in 4–7 business days from the dispatch date.

·        For express delivery, you can choose the faster option at checkout if available for your location.

Tracking Your Order

·        As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow its journey.

A Note on Timing

·        Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays aren’t counted as business days for dispatch or standard delivery.

·        In rare cases (weather events, remote locations, festive peaks), deliveries may take a little longer than estimated.
