Nazaira – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Every Nazaira piece is handcrafted with care, and we truly hope you love what you receive. As our garments are made in limited batches with detailed handwork, each item goes through a careful quality process — and our return policy is designed to keep things fair and simple.

Easy Return & Exchange (3 Days)

Nazaira offers easy return and exchange within 3 days of delivery — no questions asked.

To be eligible:

·        The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

·        The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact

·        A clear unboxing video is required only for damage or incorrect item claims

Refund Policy

If a return is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method after a standard deduction of ₹200 towards shipping and handling charges.

Refunds are processed once the product passes our quality check.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, the item can still be returned under the return policy for a refund (₹200 deduction applicable).

What We Do NOT Accept

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

·        The item has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

·        Original tags are missing

·        The return request is raised after 3 days of delivery

·        The product fails quality inspection upon return

·        Accessories (if introduced in future)

Reverse Shipping

·        Once the request is approved, return instructions will be shared

·        In some locations, reverse pickup may not be available — customers may need to courier the parcel back

·        All returned products undergo a quality check before refund or exchange approval

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
